Welcome to the Vocaloid Songs WikiEdit

A wiki of some of the best (and popular) Vocaloid songs.

Umm, what's a Vocaloid?Edit

Vocaloid (ボーカロイド, Bōkaroido) is a singing/vocal synthesizer app, with its signal processing part made through a joint research project between the Pompeu Fabra University in Spain and the Yamaha Corporation, who supported the devolopment monetarily—and later on developed the software into the commercial product "Vocaloid". The software enables users to synthesize singing by typing in lyrics and melody. It uses synthesizing technology with specially recorded vocals of voice actors or singers. To create a song, the user must input the melody and lyrics. The first Vocaloid was Leon then after "him" was Lola and then Miriam, KAITO, and MEIKO. Then in the second version of Vocaloid first was Sweet Ann (not Hatsune Miku, like many think), then Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin/Len, Prima, Gackpoid, Megurine Luka, Megpoid, Sonika, SF A2 Miki, Kaai Yuki, Kiyoteru Hiyama, Big Al, Miku Append, Tonio, Lily, VY1, Gachapoid, Nekomura Iroha, Utatane Piko, Kagamine Append, and VY2. Yowane Haku, Akita Neru, and Kasane Teto are not real (official) Vocaloids, but are still pretty popular.
